A: Yes, we offer EFT, Electronic Funds Transfers.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: Yes, the lease and all documents will be uploaded to your Owner’s
Portal. You can view and download the documents anytime you like.
There will be no need for you to actually sign the lease though. Wally
will sign it as your managing agent

A: Yes, Wally is affiliated with Westcoe Realtors, Inc. a local
real estate office in Riverside.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We collect rents the 1st through the 3rd and pay our owners
by the 5th of each month.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Most of our tenants pay their rent online through their tenant portal

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: One year.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: One month plus additional $300-$500 per pet if applicable.

A: As soon as you would like.

A: Single Family Residential including Condominiums, PUDs, and mobile homes.

A: You will have access to monthly detailed reports and annual
reports through your online Owner’s Portal.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: Wally Drake, Broker/Owner of Drake Properties & Management,
Inc. holds the security deposit in a non-interest bearing trust account.
